I need to change my account email/password. How do I do that?

If you still have your account login information , click on this link and log into your account using the login form on the left. Once you have logged in, you will brought to your account dashboard. On the left, you will see a list of links. Click on the “Account Details” link. Here, you will see your account login details where you can change your name, email, and password information. If for some reason you can’t remember your login details, click this link to reset your password.

I have a new credit/debit card. How do I update my payment method?

To change your credit/debit card information, click on this link and log into your account using the login form on the left. Once you have logged in, you will brought to your account dashboard. On the left, you will see a list of links. Click on the “Payment Methods” link. You will see a list of available cards you have used to purchase coffee in the past. Edit or remove your payment methods as needed.

I just moved, how do I change my address?

To make changes to your billing or shipping address, click on this link and log into your account using the login form on the left. Once you have logged in, you will brought to your account dashboard. On the left, you will see a list of links. Click on the “Addresses” link. You will see two sections, one for your billing and your other for your shipping address. Click edit next to the address you would like to change and fill in your new details. Don’t forget to save your changes!

How do I manage my coffee subscription?

If you need to change or cancel an existing subscription, click on this link and log into your account using the login form on the left. Once you have logged in, you will brought to your account dashboard. On the left, you will see a list of links. Click on the “Subscriptions” link. You will see a full listing of your active subscriptions which you can edit or cancel. If you are having issues editing these, feel free to contact us here.

How do I view my orders?

To view current and past orders, click on this link and log into your account using the login form on the left. Once you have logged in, you will brought to your account dashboard. On the left, you will see a list of links. Click on the “Orders” link. You will see a full listing of all your current and past orders.

Registering for an Account

There are two ways you can register for a new account. The first is to complete the checkout process when you purchase an item. There is a checkbox there you can check to create a new account. The second way, is to visit this link and use the registration form on the right to create your new account with us.

If you would like to register for a wholesale account, visit this link and fill out the form. We will review your submission and be in contact with you about setting up a wholesale account.
